Refund policy
It’s okay to change your mind upon ordering. Just give us a call or contact us right away. And we will do our best to provide an exchange, a partial or a full refund. Check our FAQ page regarding your orders’ refund eligibility. Refunds will be issued in Grain credits or in the same method of payment as the original payment at the discretion of our team.
Civility policy
Do be courteous and polite. Do not be an asshole. We will not tolerate any form of verbal abuse to our staff. We reserve the right (and will totally exercise it) to deny you your meal if you choose to break this simple rule of humanity.
Delivery policy
In the shopping cart, you may receive an estimated delivery time. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery time. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of delivery to that particular area, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Gathering of personal information
